Shipping policy
We deliver to all regions across Costa Rica.
Our goal is to ensure every order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition.
Coverage:
We ship to all provinces through local courier services, EMS, or Correos de Costa Rica. Depending on the delivery address, the system will automatically display the most suitable shipping option.
Delivery Times:

San José and surrounding areas: Usually delivered the same day; if that’s not possible, delivery takes place the following morning.

Other provinces: Between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the area and carrier availability.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout or communicated before confirming the order.
Coordination:
Customers must provide a complete delivery address (including postal code) and an active phone number to coordinate delivery.
Responsibility:
Globos Express is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete address information or carrier errors.
For same-day deliveries, the customer must ensure that someone is present at the delivery location.
If the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer’s absence, the order will be returned to our facility.
Additional return shipping costs and a restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
Payments:
Orders can be paid using credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), SINPE, PayPal, or national bank transfer.
