Refund policy
At Globos Express, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Request Period:
Return requests must be made within 8 calendar days of delivery.
Product Condition:
Only products that are new, unused, and in their original packaging are eligible for return. We do not accept returns of inflated, personalized, or visibly handled products. Globos Express is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect inflation, improper use, or transportation of the balloons after delivery.
Once the packaging has been opened, claims for damages or defects will not be accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Offers and Promotions:
Products marked as “Offer", "Oferta”, “Promotion,” or “Clearance” are not eligible for exchanges or returns, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
By purchasing a sale item, the customer expressly accepts this special condition and waives the right to return or request a refund.
